A nod to our signature Spanish Sherry Cask Finish and Hemingway's love for Spain, El Otoño, or "The Autumn" in Spanish, bids farewell to the last light of summer with bright citrus and iconic fall spices.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Hemingway Signature Edition Rye
• 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
• 1/2 oz White Créme de Cacao
• 1/2 Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Ruby Grapefruit Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice, shake, and pour into a rocks glass. Express a grapefruit peel over the glass, garnish, then dust with nutmeg.
