Julep in Thyme

Gear up for race day with a new spin on a classic summer Kentucky cocktail and raise a glass to timeless traditions with our Julep in Thyme cocktail – a blend of smooth rye whiskey with a hint of thyme-infused sweetness.⁠

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Hemingway Signature Rye Whiskey⁠
  • 0.75 oz Demerara Syrup⁠
  • 4-5 sprigs of Thyme⁠
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters⁠

    Gently muddle Thyme sprigs with Demerara syrup, then add whiskey. Top with crushed ice and stir to dilute/chill, then top with a dash of Angostura bitters.⁠
